1. You can lose money

4. Dala PIP lock-in
Dala PIP has a 90-day minimum initial period. Cancellation is not permitted in the first 30 days, and early exit before day 90 carries charges under your agreement.

Each project carries risk specific to it. Earnings depend on how that project performs and are not guaranteed.
6. Dala Swap and digital assets
Rates can move between quoting and confirming; the rate shown at confirmation applies. USDT and other digital assets carry issuer, technology and liquidity risks.
7. Partner products
Dala Prime products are subject to the partner's own terms, regulator and risk disclosures.
8. Regulatory status
Dala intends to obtain relevant authorisations from the Securities and Exchange Commission as the business matures. Until then, Dala is not described as SEC-registered or licensed. Changes in law or regulation may affect products.
